The Franchise Package
Kerb Appeal provides everything you will need to start and grow a successful business. The franchise package content includes:
Training
Day 1: Classroom training covering all aspects of the business including the services offered, how to deliver them safely, attracting new customers and business admin.
Day 2: Time to ‘have a go’. Practical training on all services provided.
Day 3: Working Live! You will spend the day with one of our existing Franchisees working on live customer jobs in the local area.
Day 4: Back in the classroom to run through the learnings from the week and to finalise the launch programme.
At the end of day 4 you will have all the skills required to launch and grow your own successful Kerb Appeal business.

Launch Programme
We will produce an activity programme for you to follow in order to launch your business and give you the best opportunity of a great start. We will also provide marketing activities from Head Office to promote your business and services.
Administrative Software
We have a software package that will allow you to book and track your jobs and make the processes of business administration easy, leaving you more time to work on your business.

Centralised bookings
Customers enquire and book work through our centralised call centre freeing you up to to deliver the service and perform marketing activities.

Website, social media and online advertising
We will manage all aspects of your online presence, maximising your exposure through social media and online advertising which will lead to more customers for you.
Specified Equipment and Products
You will receive a comprehensive equipment package required to deliver the core services. This package can be enhanced or tailored based on your specific requirements and aspirations.
Branded uniform
Polo shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, jackets and hi-vis vests all proudly displaying the Kerb Appeal brand will form part of your initial franchise package.
Vehicle signage
Included in the package price is full signage and suitable racking to carry the necessary equipment and products.
Operations Manual
A comprehensive Operations Manual will be supplied that details the A-Z of the business method. It is copyright material and is on loan to you for the duration of the legal contract.
Licence Fee
This is the worth of the Kerb Appeal total business system as it will operate in any given area.
